The condensation drain pan and line located under each unit is a frequent source of odor as algae and bacteria grow. It can also cause a block in the drain and the condensation pan to overflow. Using this product will eliminate the source of these unpleasant odors and keep the drain pan and line algae-free for months through a time-released action that continuously attacks the offending algae and bacteria.

Choosing the right size:

Match the BTU size of each unit. If the unit drain line goes into a “gray-water” collection box, choose the next size up or use two to treat both the AC condensation and the shower/sink gray-water. Use until it’s size shrinks and contents are almost gone.
